Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telepon, email, atau media sosial dengan sikap ramah dan profesional.
2. Memberikan informasi produk atau layanan yang dibutuhkan pelanggan secara akurat dan jelas.
3. Menangani keluhan dan komplain pelanggan, serta memberikan solusi yang tepat dan cepat.
4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (seperti tim operasional, sales, dan gudang) untuk menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan.
5. Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan.
6. Melakukan follow up kepada pelanggan terkait layanan atau solusi yang diberikan.
