About the position

- Memasarkan pembiayaan untuk kebutuhan konsumtif dan produktif (Modal Usaha) dengan jaminan BPKB kendaraan - Pemasaran dilakukan dengan cara rekrut BA (Business Agent/ pihak ketiga/broker) yang bisa memberikan referal aplikasi/konsumen. - Melakukan rekrut Business Agent (BA) untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat. - Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan Business Agent (BA) agar BA dapat produktif Kualifikasi - Pendidikan minimal SMA (Berpengalaman) atau Diploma (Lulusan Baru) - Memiliki SIM C dan Kendaraan Pribadi. - Komunikatif dan terbiasa bekerjasama dengan tim - Perpengalaman di sales/marketing lebih disukai
