- Membawa barang retur menuju pergudangan.
- Input dan memperbarui data retur ke dalam sistem database perusahaan.
- Melakukan pemilahan barang retur sesuai kualitas dan expired date.
- Serah terima barang kepada staff gudang.
- Membuat analisa manajemen RTS (Follow Up Reture) dari seluruh marketplace.
- Memastikan keakuratan dan konsistensi data yang diinput.
- Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi data secara rutin.
- Follow up terhadap customer yang melakukan retur.
- Menyusun laporan data secara berkala untuk tim internal.
- Melakukan recap data harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
- Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi lain yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan data.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan alur data berjalan lancar.
