About the position

• Membuat target kerja harian, mingguan / bulanan (Sales-Collection-Baddebt) • Mengkoordinasi bawahan dalam mencari konsumen dan kontrol atas penagihan. • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan konsumen , agen dan aparat • Memahami akan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai leader Kualifikasi: • PRIA • Maksimal 40 tahun, • Pendidikan Minimal D3 • Menyukai Tantangan / TARGET ORIENTED • Mampu membentuk tim yang solid • Memiliki kemampuan leadership & Managerial yang baik • Mempunyai kemampuan dalam komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, • Bisa bekerja dibawah Tekanan • Pekerja Keras, kejar Target tanpa perhitungan waktu • SIM C, kendaraan bermotor. • Pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai supervisor marketing di bidang leasing / dealer /koperasi lebih diutamakan
