About the position
1. Bertanggung jawab dalam proses pembuatan menu sambal.
2. Mengolah sambal dalam jumlah besar untuk kebutuhan operasional harian.
3. Menjaga konsistensi rasa, warna, dan tekstur sambal setiap hari.
4. Melakukan uji rasa dan penyesuaian bumbu bila diperlukan.
5. Menjaga kebersihan area kerja dan peralatan dapur sesuai standar higiene.
6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim dapur lain untuk memastikan ketersediaan sambal setiap waktu.
7. Membantu pengembangan varian sambal baru bersama tim RnD / Head Chef.
