Usia minimal 22 tahun
Lulusan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat semua jurusan
Lebih diutamakan berpengalaman di bidang digital printing sebagai leader tim minimal 1 tahun
Familiar dengan prosedur produksi jasa digital printing dan/atau yang sejenis
Memiliki skill leadership yang baik
Jujur cekatan dan bertanggung jawab
Loyalitas dan berorientasi dengan target dalam bekerja
Tahan terhadap tekanan
Kreatif , inovatif, profesional, dan tidak baper
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting
-Jobdesk
Memastikan proses produksi berjalan dengan baik
Mampu bertanggung jawab terhadap proses produksi
Mampu mengkoordinasi tim dengan baik
Memastikan semua barang sesuai dengan pesanan sebelum diberikan kepada konsumen
Bertanggung jawab terhadap Operator Mesin hingga Finishing agar bekerja sesuai prosedur
