About the position
- Melakukan persiapan kerja
- Menggoreng produk (ayam, bebek, pepes, dan menu terkait) dengan standar kematangan dan kualitas yang telah ditentukan.
- Memastikan kebersihan, kerapihan, dan higienitas peralatan serta area kerja.
- Mengontrol stok bahan baku di dapur (thawing, penyimpanan, FIFO).
- Menjaga kualitas rasa, tampilan, dan porsi sajian sesuai standar Waroeng Bejo.
- Membantu tugas dapur lainnya sesuai arahan atasan.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
- Usia 18–35 tahun.
- Pengalaman kerja di dapur/restoran lebih diutamakan
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani, sanggup bekerja di lingkungan panas/dapur.
- Mampu bekerja cepat, disiplin, dan mengikuti SOP dengan baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan di hari libur.
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dengan komunikasi yang baik.
- Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki semangat kerja tinggi.
