Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 Tata boga dan perhotelan
Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani
Memiliki pengalaman dibidang hospitality (restoran atau catering) minimal 5 tahun
Memiliki keahlian memasak sebagai chef/Koki
Memiliki kemampuan manajerial dan pengelolaan dapur untuk memimpin tim memasak buat kurang lebih 400 orang setiap harinya
Usia minimal 25 Tahun dan maksimal 35 Tahun
