Digital Marketing – TikTok Ads
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Merancang dan menjalankan strategi iklan di TikTok sesuai dengan objektif campaign
- Melakukan optimasi performa iklan (targeting, budget, A/B testing, dll)
- Menganalisis hasil kampanye dan menyusun laporan performa secara rutin
- Bekerja sama dengan tim konten, desain, dan marketing lainnya
- Mengikuti perkembangan tren dan fitur terbaru TikTok Ads
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman mengelola TikTok Ads (wajib)
- Memahami konsep digital marketing, funneling, dan targeting audiens
- Mampu menganalisis metrik iklan (CPM, CTR, ROAS, dll)
- Kreatif, detail, dan memiliki kemampuan kerja tim yang baik
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline dan target
