1. Mengigatkan nasabah / debitur yang tagihannya segera memasuki jatuh tempo
2. Melakukan penagihan kepada nasabah yang memiliki keterlambatan pembayaran 1-60 hari.
3. Menyerahkan uang hasil penagihan kepada teller
4. Melakukan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi adiraku kepada nasabah untuk pembayaran angsuran
