1. Melakukan marketing untuk mendapatkan calon debitur yang akan diberikan pembiayaan atas target tang telah diberikan
2. Membuat pengajuan pembiayaan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah diatur
3. Melakukan analisa terhadap pengajuan pembiayaan agar mendapatkan pembayaran yang berkualitas.
4. Melakukan penilaian awal terhadap usaha calon debitur
5. Melakukan pencairan pembiayaan sesuai dengan target
6. Melakukan monitoring pembiayaan yang telah disalurkan kepada debitur
7. Melakukan penagihan terhadap kewajiban debitur.
