About the position
- Memelihara catatan inventaris untuk semua barang masuk dan keluar untuk memastikan kesesuaian bahan baku yang disimpan di gudang
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan bahwa pesanan dikirim tepat waktu, barang yang rusak diganti, dan pelanggan tetap mendapat informasi tentang status pesanan mereka
- Melakukan tugas administratif pembukuan monthly dan report penjualan weekly, monthly, yearly
- Berkomunikasi dengan team cabang tentang status pesanan menggunakan telepon
- Melengkapi stok kebutuhan outlet pusat dan cabang
- Pengorderan produk ke Laboratorium
