1. Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan serta perawatan di seluruh area unit yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dengan baik
2. Menyiapkan dan memelihara peralatan kerja yang digunakan seperti cleaning supplies dan cleaning equipment
3. Menciptakan relasi yang baik dengan tenant
4. Menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan unit Rukita
5. Memastikan proses laundry berjalan dengan sesuai dan tercatat dengan baik
