1. Pria/Wanita
2. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat
3. Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam meracik minuman.
4. Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, dan sehat.
5. Menguasai kemampuan mixology minuman
6. Kemampuan untuk melayani pelanggan
7. Memiliki kemampuan management persediaan bahan.
8. Memiliki attitude yang baik
9. Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Bartender
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Menyajikan minuman kepada tamu, baik minuman beralkohol maupun non alkohol.
2. Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, menerima pesanan, dan menyajikan makanan ringan apabila diperlukan.
3. Memahami apa yang diinginkan pelanggan, dan memberikan rekomendasi menu.
4. Melakukan perhitungan stock bahan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan.
5. Membersihkan peralatan sebelum dan sesudah bar dibuka
