Persyaratan Minimum :
1. Pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1
2. Usia Maksimal 27 Tahun
3. Memiliki Pengalaman di F&B / Restoran Cepat Saji minimal 1 tahun
4. Memiliki Pengalaman sebagai Leader minimal 1 tahun
5. Memiliki kemampuan menerapkan standar Burger King secara konsisten
6. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
7. Berorientasi Pelanggan
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Crew Leader dapat mempertahankan standar tertinggi dari layanan pelanggan, kualitas produk, dan kebersihan restoran
2. Crew Leader dapat membantu manajer dalam memastikan semua makanan dan peralatan disiapkan tepat waktu untuk restoran.
3. Membantu tim manajemen dalam mengoordinasikan dan mengawasi area restoran yang ditugaskan selama shift
4. Memastikan semua prosedur dilakukan dengan benar
5. Memastikan standar layanan pelanggan terpenuhi
6. Crew Leader dapat mengawasi anggota kru untuk memastikan semua standar terpenuhi
